Got out for an easy 7.5 miles at lunch in 54 minutes. Weather was fairly nice out. I needed an extra day of recovery before a hard workout and I planned to run hills Tuesday morning with Sean.
I live in Houston and enjoy running with the Kenyan Way. I'm trying to break the seemingly ever elusive 2:45 mark for a marathon, 1:15 for a 1/2 marathon and 16:00 for a 5k.
