Went to the park and ran 2+ loops in 58 minutes on friday evening. Took it pretty easy with a long run coming up in less than 12 hours and still feeling a little tired from the hard workout on Wednesday.
I live in Houston and enjoy running with the Kenyan Way. I'm trying to break the seemingly ever elusive 2:45 mark for a marathon, 1:15 for a 1/2 marathon and 16:00 for a 5k.
