Monday 11/2 - Hill workout
I had a strong hill workout today. I ran a 2.5 mile warmup and got there right as the workout was starting. We were doing loops on the cloverleafs where we ran hard up 2 and hard down 2 hills each lap and jogged easy across the overpasses. We were supposed to run for about 30 minutes and I got 5 laps in 30:30. My first lap was about 6:15, the 2nd was 6:10, and then the last 3 were all about 6:00. I think each lap was about 0.9 miles so I did about 4.5 miles during the workout. I did a 2.5 mile cooldown for a total of 9.5 miles.
