Saturday - 10/31 - 12 miles
After running 9 miles at sub-7:00 pace the day before, I was planning on just cruising an easy 12 miles. Since I had a shorter run on the schedule this week and good weather I decided to take advantage of that to sleep in and run later in the morning. I was feeling pretty good and just started cruising and ended up getting down into the 6:20's before deciding to slow it down the last few miles. My legs felt tired and I didn't want to strain or pull something. My splits were 7:35, 7:06, 6:58, 6:47, 6:41, 6:33, 6:33, 6:25, 6:38, 7:07, 7:01, 7:19. Total run time was 1:23.
