Fairly easy 5.5 miles in 38 minutes with some random fartleks/strides mixed in. Didn't want to do a hard workout, but wanted to get a little leg turnover in preparation for Saturday's race.
I live in Houston and enjoy running with the Kenyan Way. I'm trying to break the seemingly ever elusive 2:45 mark for a marathon, 1:15 for a 1/2 marathon and 16:00 for a 5k.
