Past few days of running.

Tuesday - Just an easy day to recover after the monday afternoon hard workout.  6 miles in 43 minutes.


Wednesday - took the day off.  I realized that I am going to be out of town and won't be able to run the Heights 5k on June 7.  I had been planning on tapering a little next week and only doing one speed workout ahead of that race, but since I'll miss it I'll see what I can do at the Astros' 5k this weekend.  Since I got my speedwork in on Monday I didn't want to do more today.

Thursday - 5 miles easy - 35 minutes.  Pretty uneventful.  Ran a few strides at the end of the run.
