Saturday - 7.5 miles - hot again
Today I ran with a friend who was doing a 30 minute time trial at a goal pace of 6:40/mile. We started the workout sometime between 9:30 and 10:00 am. I did about a 2 mile warmup and then we started the tough part. We made it through the first 3.5 miles on pace and then dropped back a little the last mile or so. I did about a 1 mile cooldown for 7.5 miles total on the day. I contemplated going another 3 or 4 miles after we finished the workout, but we stopped and chatted for a while and I didn't really feel the urge to do another lap after that long a break.
