Tired Legs + Rain + Laziness = no run It probably would have helped my legs to run a few miles easy, but eating chocolate chip cookies to celebrate my race seemed more appealing at the time.
I live in Houston and enjoy running with the Kenyan Way. I'm trying to break the seemingly ever elusive 2:45 mark for a marathon, 1:15 for a 1/2 marathon and 16:00 for a 5k.
