Thursday - 6 miles
Today I ran an easy 6 miles at 7:40 pace with strides. After the workout I hit the weight room for the first time in a while and did assorted upper and lower body weights while focusing in my quads and hamstrings. My legs were pretty tired after the weight work, but if I can do it consistently I think it will help me stay healthy throughout marathon training season.
