My legs were pretty tired today, but I forced myself to get out and run 9 miles in 70 minutes. I started the run about 9:30. I didn't push it too hard since it was hot out and my legs were tired and I averaged about a 7:45 pace.
I live in Houston and enjoy running with the Kenyan Way. I'm trying to break the seemingly ever elusive 2:45 mark for a marathon, 1:15 for a 1/2 marathon and 16:00 for a 5k.
