Ran an easy 4.75 miles at the park on Friday morning. I didn't wear a watch so I'm not sure what pace I was running, but I didn't push it too hard with the 5k on Saturday.
I live in Houston and enjoy running with the Kenyan Way. I'm trying to break the seemingly ever elusive 2:45 mark for a marathon, 1:15 for a 1/2 marathon and 16:00 for a 5k.
