Thursday - 7 miles

I did a 7 mile loop at lunch on Thursday but I didn't wear a watch. I ran it at a comfortable pace - somewhere between 7:30 and 7:45 pace I would guess. It was in the low 90's and the heat index was 98 when I started the run. It was tolerable in the shade, but it was pretty miserable when I was under the sun. I'm looking forward to next week when the high temps are only supposed to be in the low 90's instead of the upper 90's.
