My legs felt pretty fresh after a couple low mileage days and a day off. I ran with Mike and Andrew and had a decent run. My calf muscle felt a little tight and was bothering me some the last couple of miles. I did about 13.75 miles at ~ 7:15 pace. I ran in my Nike Skylons which I think need to be replaced. I think they are at the end of their useful life and my legs seem to feel a little beat up when I run in them. We ran into Bill at the park and he ran most of a lap with us before we headed back to the base. I did lots of stretching and foam rolling on my calf after the run. Maybe i need to start jump roping like Sean to strengthen my calves.
