Kenyan Way Hill Workout - 9 miles
I had a really good workout today and got about 9 miles in. I did the usual 3 mile warmup to the workout location and did some drills and strides. Today's workout was hill loops around the Waugh - Memorial Drive cloverleafs We did 20 minutes of hills running a long gradual uphill and then walking down the steep downhill at the finish by the overpass then jogging under Waugh to the other side and repeating. This was one fo the better workouts that I've had in quite a while. We picked up the pace quite a bit towards the end of the workout. I got 11 hills in during the 20 minutes. After the workout I did about a 3.5 mile cooldown
