Thursday - 8 miles - hot

I took Wednesday off and was feeling pretty fresh on Thursday. I had the day off so I wasted a little too much time and didn't get off on the run until about 11:00 am and it was hot out. I didn't get my mile splits, but I did the 8 miles in about 58:20 which works out to about 7:18 pace. The temperature was 92 and the heat index was 98 and there weren't many clouds in the sky
